1. Not for emergencies

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

2. Nature of telehealth services

Ciscofanatics Everwell Health facilitates virtual visits with independently licensed clinicians. Telehealth has limitations, and a clinician may determine that your condition requires an in-person evaluation. Clinicians exercise their independent professional judgment, and no specific outcome or prescription is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Care for minors must be requested and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete information.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment

You agree to pay all fees for the Services you select. Prices, memberships, and insurance coverage are described at checkout. Memberships renew until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with their operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, logos, and software, are owned by Ciscofanatics Everwell Health, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ciscofanatics Everwell Health, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
